What to Expect
Capital Health Hospice is a Medicare-certified hospice agency. Our goal is to ensure you achieve optimum comfort and well-being under our care.
One of our professionals is always available to address your needs. We have a scheduler and a nurse on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year for consultations after hours and on weekends. We encourage you to call us anytime you have a concern, especially when you experience an unexplained change or decline in your health.
