Why did you choose a career path in senior healthcare?

While working in the long-term care area of healthcare, an opportunity was offered to me to oversee a home care business in the Dayton area. My experience working with seniors in the facility setting was rewarding, and the chance to work with a team to bring a vision of caring for seniors in the comfort of their homes was a great fit. I take pride in knowing that our team works hard to enrich the lives of others every day through the delivery of home care.

Name your best work moment.
Strengthening our team so we can better serve our seniors. I started with self-directed employees and unified the team by helping them understand and respect what each team member does to enhance the experience for our patients. Our business has grown through our new unity of purpose.

What do you look most forward to at work?
The constant energy of not knowing what to expect each day and our patient successes with our team.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
CrossFit has become a big part of my life over the past year, and gardening brings me joy.
