Our team of medical professionals provides hospice care to help our patients stay comfortable.
Registered Nurse
Each patient and family are assigned a Nurse/Case Manager who will coordinate care delivery. They will be there as often as necessary as an extension of your physician to monitor and manage pain and symptoms. They will also educate the family on what to expect and how to help.
Medical Director
A Medical Doctor will oversee your medical care with an Inter-Disciplinary Group that meets weekly and works together under the supervision of your physician and the hospice medical director to design and implement a specific plan for your family’s unique needs – a unique approach.
